Do I need prior experience with horses or riding?
None at all. All exercises are entirely ground-based and led by master equine facilitators under strict safety protocols. You will not be riding, and zero equestrian background is required.
What should I wear to the ranch?
Dress for outdoor ranch conditions. Sturdy, closed-toe boots or durable flat shoes are required. Think ranch work - less business casual, more comfortable and willing to get dirty.
We suggest comfortable layers, casual pants or denim, and a jacket suited to morning and afternoon weather shifts.
Will I be expected to share sensitive personal details?
No. The day is engineered around behavioral observation, real-time feedback from equine interaction, and structured mindset exercises. You maintain full discretion over what you choose to share in group discussions.
